- Ellie P's can accommodate groups of all sizes. There is no minimum guest count; we will serve any size group.
- Serving time varies by size of event and is included in all packages. Extra time can be added at $50 per hour
- We recommend reserving your desired date as soon as possible to ensure availability. Once the rental agreement and deposit are received, your booking will be confirmed and locked in on our schedule. The non-refundable deposit will be applied towards the total rental fee for the event.
- The bus will arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled serving time. We do ask that you make sure there is enough space for the bus to maneuver in the designated area. We recommend having a level space that is at least 35 ft. long, 12 ft. wide, and 12 ft. tall.
